Peter started his career in real estate back in 1983 after completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in marketing. Despite initially training in residential real estate, Peter found the non-residential markets more his style and quickly made his mark selling and leasing industrial and commercial property throughout the city fringe and South Sydney areas.

By 1987 at the ripe age of 25, Peter had sold numerous buildings ranging in value to $5.5 million and leased new industrial premises up to 11,000 m2. Three years later Peter teamed up with a co-worker Nick Spasevski to start Taylor Nicholas, specialising in those days almost entirely in industrial properties in the South Sydney, Inner West and North Shore Industrial markets.

Such was his experience in the South Sydney market, Taylor Nicholas was appointed joint agent for the marketing of what was then a new concept in retailing, the bulk retail outlet, the Retail SupaCenta at Moore Park, Sydney. Peter subsequently introduced and successfully negotiated leases with both 'major' tenants to the complex, Freedom Furniture and Harvey Norman as well as a host of smaller retailers, many of whom remain in the centre today.

Since 1990, Peter has personally acted for scores of national and international companies, government departments, property trusts and funds and well known companies such as ANZ Bank, Burns Philp, Energy Australia, Goodman, DB RReef, IGT Australia, MMI Workers Compensation, Toyota, the NSW Department of Commerce, State Rail Authority, Roads and Traffic Authority.

His most recent notable sale was the sale of a parcel of state owned land for $52.75 million plus the 'on-sale' of an 18,000 m2 portion of this for $22.0 million for the site's new owner.

Nick began his real estate career in 1983 in Sydney's Inner West area. Within 5 years, Nick became one of the highest grossing salesmen within a then leading franchise group coming second only to a salesman from the more expensive Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

After these achievements, Nick turned his attention to the commercial and industrial markets and after meeting co-founder Peter Taylor, decided to set up Taylor Nicholas. Within three years Taylor Nicholas had three offices serving Sydney's traditional industrial regions. As well as selling and leasing, Nick oversees the North Shore, Inner West and Western Sydney offices of the company.

During his career Nick has sold properties ranging in value to $10.5 million and marketed and sold industrial complexes with value exceeding $20 million.

David started his Real Estate career managing residential properties throughout Sydney for what was then one of Sydney's largest property managers. Turning his attention to Commercial & Industrial Real Estate David joined the company in 1992 and commenced the Property Management Department of Taylor Nicholas.

Within a few years David had grown the size of the Property Management Department from around 50 properties to over 350 presently. Undoubtedly one of David's proudest achievements was the management of 1 Rosebery Avenue, Rosebery (sold by Taylor Nicholas for $19.5 m) where, as a result of sound, hands on Property Management he took on the management of the property that ultimately brought in nearly $3.0 million in annual income. The professionalism produced in managing that property subsequently allowed Taylor Nicholas to on sell the property for $36 million almost double what the client had paid only 4 years earlier.

Rod has been with the Company since inception and his early role with the Company utilised his Industrial Property Management skills, with the management of the 280,000 m2 "Wool Stores" in the Ultimo area and factories in the South Sydney area. This expanded into sales and leasing with early notable deals including the relocation of the then State Bank Archives to Minto.

Rod was also involved with the sale of the Energy Australia warehouse. This building is the largest single building in South Sydney totalling 31,000 m2 and sold after a successful Auction Campaign.

After several years and the developing trend of the relocation of tenants and purchasers from the South Sydney market further west, the decision was made to open a Western Sydney Office. Rod was handed this task. The Western Sydney Office continues to grow and gain market share with Industrial property dominating day to day operations. The office covers a large industrial area with 4 industrial reps working from this office and growing quickly.

Fiona entered the workforce after completing a diploma in Hospitality Management and spent several years managing hotels across Sydney on behalf of the Austotel Management Group. She was also involved in the 1987 Kevin Parry defence of the Americas Cup in Fremantle with Kookaburra.

Fiona then turned her energies towards Real Estate and completed the licensing Course for the Property Stock and business Agents Act. Fiona then joined the Taylor Nicholas team in 1996 after a 2 years stint in residential Sales at Blunts Real Estate Lane Cove. With a solid background in Business Management Fiona was promoted to the role of general Manager administering and coordinating the four Taylor Nicholas Offices located in South Sydney, Inner West North Shore and Western Sydney.

Daniela decided to pursue her dreams in real estate and joined Taylor Nicholas in 2000 as Sales Secretary and quickly made herself an invaluable part of the Taylor Nicholas team. In 2002, she gained the honour of being one of four finalists in the Real Estate Awards for Excellence in Corporate Support as judged by the Real Estate Institute of NSW.

After returning from the birth of her daughter in 2003, Daniela was promoted to Assistant Property Manager where her previous experience proved invaluable. After her son was born in 2007, Daniela joined the Sales & Leasing team of our South Sydney office and became a strong and valuable addition to the department, completing her first deal within a week of her promotion. Her most recent success is the negotiation of the lease for a building in Alexandria with an annual rental of $300,000 on behalf of an extremely happy landlord.

John joined the South Sydney office of Taylor Nicholas in August 1999, after having spent 2 years in residential real estate in the Bankstown area.

After achieving excellent results in the tight South Sydney market, he was asked to relocate to the Western Sydney office in early 2001 to assist in its growth.

It was Steve's ambition from a very young age to become a real estate professional, he started his career at the age of 17 and almost 20 years later his passion and dedication for property are unfaltering. Steve at one point was the youngest licensed Real Estate agent in NSW he may still hold that record.
Steve's career started in property management where he only lasted 2 months when the licensee moved him into sales With his friendly personality and extensive knowledge Steve achieved his first ever Sale within only 4 days, with no previous experience in Real Estate sales.

George started his career in real estate back in 1984 after completing year 12 and hasn't looked back since.

George was drawn into Real Estate through his family's dealings in property development. George initially commenced his career in residential real estate and sold a number of larger residential development sites. This gave George the itch to strive for bigger and better things and as such made the switch over to the commercial & industrial markets.

For almost 8 years George has made his mark selling and leasing industrial and commercial property throughout the South Sydney area and has branched out to now include the Inner West area in his list of sales and leasing successes.

His most recent notable sales are the sale of an 18,000 sq.m parcel of industrial land in Kurnell for $7.2 million, a 6,500 sq.m in.Botany for $5.8 million plus the sale of a 2,000 sq.m building in Waterloo for $5.2 million.
