Prior to joining Taylor Nicholas in 2011, Haran had been running two businesses – his award winning restaurant ‘Maiyango’ and a speciality property investment club.

The property business focused on helping families facing bankruptcy guaranteeing vendors of residential property a completed sale within fourteen days after an offer had been accepted.

Haran believes this was only possible by matching the needs of vendors and investors perfectly, keeping constant open dialogue with all parties involved and ensuring transparency through the entire sales process.

Managing his own portfolio throughout the GFC in the UK, Haran understands the stresses and strains owners go through in tighter times and aims to make all aspects of sales & leasing as stress free as possible. Having won an award for customer service for his restaurant, Haran endeavours to bring the same level of service to the commercial real estate sector. This is achieved by understanding each clients individual needs, knowing no query is too small and keeping a bright, cheerful outlook when dealing with all tasks.

Since joining Taylor Nicholas, Haran has set record prices within complexes, suburbs and throughout the Lower North Shore. Haran believes this has been possible using his entrepreneurial nature to look at each property uniquely and exposing hidden value.

In recent years, Haran has created exceptional results for his clients with major sales and leases in the Childcare sector and sales of residential development sites including raw and DA approved sites plus site amalgamation and Vendor grouping. His experience has resulted in him being approached to negotiate for numerous clients in negotiations with Transport for New South Wales.
